Vocollect VoiceLink

VoiceLink is Vocollect's middleware offering that bridges the gap between traditional, batch-oriented or “legacy” host (WMS, ERP, etc.) systems and real-time Vocollect Voice enabled devices. At the same time, it extends the value of your existing host system by adding the full functionality, reporting, labor management, cost savings, productivity and accuracy of Vocollect’s integrated Voice-Directed Distribution solution. Designed to be configurable, VoiceLink’s highly flexible setup lets a customer establish preferences for everything from how work is distributed to the floor to how they view operator performance. VoiceLink's web based architecture allows quick and easy solution deployment with the ability to host multiple facilities on a single server. Vocollect VoiceDirect

VoiceDirect offers customers the ability to have their voice enabled devices talking directly to their WMS or ERP system without the need for middleware. Vocollect has worked closely with many of the most commonly deployed warehouse management vendors so they can offer Vocollect voice solutions as native functionality in their respective systems; including HighJump, Manhattan, Red Prairie, and many others. Vitech also leverages VoiceDirect to help voice enable a variety of WMS and ERP systems that don't have an out of the box interface. Vocollect's flexible architecture allows us to quickly and easily develop a direct voice solution for your system, whether it is home-grown or an off-the-shelf product. Vocollect VoiceDirect ERP for use with SAP

As a certified Global SAP Technology Partner, Vocollect offers multiple solutions to voice enable a wide variety of SAP customers. VoiceDirect ERP was specifically designed to offer a direct interface to an existing SAP system without the need for middleware. It fully embraces and leverages SAP standards, utilizing the SAP NetWeaver Landscape to voice-enable transactions from the SAP Warehouse modules including both WM and EWM. VoiceDirect ERP can voice enable a number of SAP processes including Picking, Putaway, Cycle Counting, and Replenishment. Its flexible architecture approach also allows you to leverage existing customizations and custom transactions you have already made. Vocollect VoiceLink WCS for use with SAP

In addition to the VoiceDirect ERP offering, Vocollect offers a middleware solution to voice enable SAP's WM module. VoiceLink WCS is built on the same platform as the industry leading VoiceLink solution. It is aimed at customers not running NetWeaver or those wishing to leverage additional business logic and reporting within VoiceLink. It leverages SAP's robust IDOC interface protocol and is a fully certified SAP solution.

Vocollect VoiceConsole

Vocollect's VoiceConsole software offers real time monitoring and administration of your voice enabled devices and operator templates. It is a web based tool that allows you to monitor a device's status remotely, watch operator dialogue's real time, and send real time messages to your work force. Vitech Connection Manager

Vitech's Connection Manager software is a pre-built socket connection tool to allow us to quickly and easily provide a direct interface to your ERP or WMS system from any Vocollect Voice enabled device. It allows you to map the pre-defined socket messages coming from the device to a database procedure or web service call within your ERP or WMS. The Connection Manager is intended for customers who prefer a direct interface, but don't want the added overhead of developing their own socket listener.
