Overview
Voice-Directed Distribution opens a dynamic dialog between your DC teams and your WMS, ERP or inventory management system so you can attain the speed and responsiveness your customers desire.
Two Options are available:
VoiceDirect provides Real-time processing, where immediate transaction information is required at the host level.
VoiceLink provides Near Real-time processing in the time intervals of your choice.

WMS Enhancement:
VoiceLink bridges the gap between traditional, batch-oriented or “legacy” host (WMS, ERP, etc.) systems and real-time Vocollect-Voice enabled devices. At the same time, it extends the value of your existing host system by adding the full functionality, cost savings, productivity and accuracy of Vocollect’s integrated Voice-Directed Distribution solution.
Flexible and Configurable:
Designed to be configurable, VoiceLink’s highly flexible set-up lets users establish preferences for how they view worker team performance to SKU-level vs. slot level data. This provides you with the out-of-the-box functionality you need, making it easy to set up and begin using VoiceLink.

Running an Off-the-Shelf WMS?
Vocollect has worked closely with many of the most commonly deployed warehouse management vendors so they can offer Voice-Directed Distribution as native functionality in their respective systems. So there’s no additional software to learn or hardware to purchase. Direct connections are available for many Warehouse Management Solutions, including Highjump Software.
