Labor is one of the largest costs in any supply chain and providing increased visibility and management tools are key to effective Labor Management. Vitech provides two labor management offerings for clients:

Vitech's Labor Project Initiative prepares clients for a future LMS implementation with a stepping stone project to build out your existing HighJump configuration with a set of reporting pages and background processes that provide visibility to how employees are performing compared to goal rates. Unlike a full labor management system, it does not require XYZ location coordinates, engineered standards, or a payroll system interface. It gives clients that aren’t ready to invest the time and effort needed for a full labor management system (LMS) visibility to employee performance.

HighJump's Labor Advantage is a full labor management suite that leverages engineered standards and XYZ coordinates to provide a turn key, real time labor management system. Vitech's experience implementing HighJump's Labor Advantage gives clients the knowledge and experience to manage all aspects of their Labor Advantage implementation including project management, labor hook integration, system enhancements, incentive based pay expertise, and more. Vitech is the client's guarantee to a successful Labor Advantage implementation.
