The guide specifically profiles a Vitech retail customer with over 70 stores who needed
to improve the accuracy of their paper-based order picking operations and improve their

conducted during a series of multi-week pilot programs. During these test periods, the
retail customer was compiling productivity and accuracy statistics which helped them to
