Sysco Guest Supply® Selects Vitech Business Group, Inc. to Voice Enable Their WMS Solution with Vocollect Voice®
MONMOUTH JUNCTION, NJ (March 9, 2011)
Sysco Guest Supply, manufacturer and supplier of hotel supplies such as personal care
amenities, room accessories, housekeeping supplies, paper products and textiles, has
recently selected Vitech Business Group, Inc. of Bellingham, WA to voice enable their
sites across North America. With this voice enablement project, the two companies will
be building on a long standing relationship that began when Vitech implemented their
warehouse management system (WMS).
To maximize Guest Supply’s investment in voice technology, Vitech will enhance their WMS
with process improvements and Vocollect Voice Technology. Guest Supply expects the
project to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy in all of their warehouses. Using
Vitech’s supply chain execution experience, warehouse knowledge and lean approach to
process improvement, the implementation is expected to be a seamless process that results
in a timely return on investment (ROI).
