Go-Live Announcement: Vitech Business Group, Inc. and Creative Logistics Solutions (CLS) successfully launch InfoShip at Musician’s Friend

KANSAS CITY, MO (Oct 28) - Vitech Business Group, Inc. teamed with Creative Logistics Solutions (CLS) to install CLS’ InfoShip and replace the manifesting system at Musician’s Friend’s distribution center in Kansas City, Missouri. The go-live event took place over a two day period and was done with no impact to the multi-shift operation that ships over 10,000 customer orders a day. Within minutes of the go-live, Musician’s Friend saw significant improvements. Orders which previously took hours to manifest now only take minutes with InfoShip. Manifest errors have also been greatly reduced and are more easily resolved with user friendly notifications from InfoShip.
