Sustainment - Support Analyst

Job Description

Vitech is a growing Supply Chain Execution solutions provider that is searching for a customer facing individual who can join our Sustainment team. Vitech has a great reputation in the Supply Chain Execution industry working with businesses in many sectors on cutting edge projects.

You will be working as a WMS Administrator / Support Analyst in a fast paced environment for customers in many different industries. This position is not your everyday support position. You will get to know your customers specific technology stack, operations, and what makes their business run day to day. Your customers will rely on you to not only keep them running smoothly, but also to continue to build value into their existing systems.

Must Have Experience and Skills:

  •  Previous experience in a customer facing role
  •  Microsoft SQL Server versions 2000 through 2008 or Oracle PL/SQL
  •  Technical background in software development
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks and self manage
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice To Have Experience:

  •  Java, Python, C# development experience.
  •  Barcode scanning and RF hardware (Intermec, LXE, Psion, Motorola, Symbol)
  •  Business Objects (Crystal Reports) or SQL Reporting Services
  •  Customer case / ticket management systems
  •  Supply chain and distribution industry
  •  HighJump’s Supply Chain Advantage or other WMS (RedPrairie, Manhattan, Infor, etc.)
  •  Loftware or Bartender Enterprise Labeling Solution
  •  Vocollect Voice or other Voice Technology (Voxware, TopVox, Lucas, etc.)
  •  Interface technologies including TCP/IP Sockets, Flat Files, XML, Table-to-Table
